As I planned, I had my Christmas in Bintan with a group of friends. The whole experience was average since there’re many things which were out of my expectation. Although I prepared myself, there’re quite a number of things I didn’t really enjoy. But still, I am happy spending my Xmas with friends and taking a good break. The only worst thing I couldn’t take was the boat trip back to Singapore. It took 4 hours to reach SG. Well, I know there might be some reason for it but I was having motion sickness and it was hard to endure. I had some good food and spa which I was longing for a while ago.
It was an amazing performance on Christmas eve. The live band at the hotel restaurant caught my attention with a great Indonesian song which I have no idea of what it’s about and then followed by ” La Isla Bonita “. After a few songs, I thought she was asking for song request where I understood it wrongly. She’s actually asking me to sing with her. Gosh, obviously I couldn’t. I love music but I am not someone who can sing. So, I ended my Xmas eve with this fantastic band and great songs.
